Have you considered the value of a vibration option ? :P... purly for more realistic game play of course.

They got majorly sued for "stealing" the idea with the PS and PS2.

I'd ask them what they're doing to promote the advancement of UMD-based media with third parties, as the PSP's proprietary format has a lot of potential and I'd assume they want to avoid another ATRAC3. More specifically, what are they doing, product-wise, to ensure that the use of the UMD carries not to just the prospective game developers and movie producers, but to the average consumer?

At the rate at which technology is advancing, what made you decide to make the PSP now, rather than a year down the road when the components would be better and less expensive for the consumer?

Who do you consider to be your biggest competitors, and why? The DS doesn't really count because it's primarily a gaming machine, while the PSP is an all-purpose media device. But the PSP is so vastly different from the iPod and similar devices that it hardly merits comparison. Are you worried about any other device stealing PSP's market base?

When you release the PS3, how will you cater to people who have already bought PSPs? Would the PS3 be able to play UMDs? Will it be able to use Memory Sticks as save devices? Could the PSP be used as a wireless controller for the PS3?

Will you release DVD players that can also play UMD movies? Will the PS3 be able to play UMD movies? Is there any loss of quality when these kinds of movies are played on the big screen, much like the quality loss when ATRAC3 songs are played on high-quality speakers?

Sony. Do you realize your only steady profit stream is from things with the "Playstation" logo on it?
Dell is kicking your ass in the PC department, and the TV market is crowded with plasma, HD, LCD, etc. So what are you going to do about it?

First of all, so? Sony is primarily a game system based company. They don't spend near the amount of R&D or advertising time on anything compared to their games systems and games.

Unfortunately, the PS profits cannot render the lost sales in its other products obsolete.
