Well, I was able to get the link to the swf so I could download it:
but I don't know how to get the sound out. =\So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.
So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Flash Decompiler? Or even easier use a microphone recording program (not sound rec just because it's wav format) and set your recording device to to get info off your soundcard instead of your mic.
(Volume Control > Options > Properties > Recording > OK > Select "Sterio Mix" Instead of "Microphone")
You should include the video for the background too, just use a screen recorder or something to get it as an avi or other video file.
