For the chat, yeah, not for the forum. The chat is like...the Harlem of the site. Perverts, (pedophiles?), UUA's(a lot), spammers. It's quite annoying, especially when you're in there a lot, but I guess I have learned to deal with it, but sometimes I do get really annoyed.

Yeah, I hate it when there isn't a mod in there. Fricking noobs either flood the chat, type in HUGE letters, or ask some girl on here webcam to flash them. Idiots.

I would. I'm on every day (even if I'm grounded, I get around it =D) and I've waited like a year for some kind of FFR position. I think I would do a good job, as well.

I realize your site and FFR are ran totally differently, but if it works at your site, why wouldn't it work here?

If Synth gave me public permission to ban or delete or hire or fire anyone who I see fit I could use the same methods as a0.com. Personally I'd put the chat on hold until a better version comes out, or hire about 10-20 more mods, because right now the chat is a piece of crap where anyone can get away with anything. As for the forum I'd hire about 5-10 more mods and enforce the same status that works for bemanistyle and my site which is "YES, the admins and moderators are holier than thou. Get over it or get banned."

But this would never happen because Synth gets too many complaints, partly because his aim screen name is as obvious as you can get. If he was on a secret name 90% of the time and had an email inbox for complaints it would be a lot easier for him.

Yeah, I am an admin on the SMLAN flashchat, and at first it was really cool, but now it is only slightly better than before. The only real benefit is that if someone is being a jackass while I am playing I can kick/ban them.

I wouldn't do much with it, but I'd accept. I've been a mod (and am a mod) elsewhere and do a decent job, but I'm not here much. I would, however, be a good mod for the dark, unexplored sections of FFR that the mods don't go as often. I try and stay away from the Chit-Chat and go to other sections more than most people, so my good part as a mod would be that I get stuff there that other mods never see. But yeah, I'd take it, then lose it after a week of not doing a damned thing.
