hell yea, un cafecito is great on casual days I just have black coffee, nothing added.

I'm forced to drink decaff because of my medication, but I prefer some milk and 2 tbsp of sugar. If I have hazelnut creamer then I don't take sugar at all.

I used to drink a lot of coffee but I had to stop because it was a trigger for cigarettes.

Can't you drink coffee with other kinds of milk ? Almond/soy/rice/etc ? I don't drink coffee much so I wouldn't know

if you really want to add milk then you can for sure. I'd still skip it, I take my extra calories in the form of extra butter or cheese on food

Milk is really good lol it has tons of vitamins and protein and stuff to go along with the calories whereas butter is literally fat but eh to each their own

Also usually just black unless I get coffee from somewhere then usually just 1 cream and 1 sugar

when you drink multiple coffees a day, it really adds up, I'm not usually eating extra butter multiple times a day XD

lol yea i literally drink entire of cartons of milk every day, I finally found a nice way to get protein and stuff easily lol, other than sodium and cholesterol it doesn't seem bad but its all good cause my hearts dead already

Anybody drinks milk with vanilla extract ? I do that occasionally and count it as a dessert

if you're going for protein, you can also eat plain greek yogurt as well; Chobani is a pretty good brand imo.

if you can't eat that plain, you can add honey + fruits or something.
