I know. Isn't it great? I suppose I'll try to inject some sanity into this thread again.

I couldn't imagine being admin/mod of several sites like Arch is. He not only has to look at the stupidity on all sides but he also has to deal with it. That's why people crack me up when they argue about who should be the moderator of XYZ forum, because it's really not that great of a job. It's a position of great responsibility and judgement.

Fortunately I don't have to do a whole lot on Arch's site (barring locking out-of-control intro threads :P), but there is one particularly stressful situation that I had the pleasure of having to deal with...
