Question: If only one person turns in their story...do they get all the 100k, or is the contest simply canceled?

The one person wins 75k and that's it.

It makes no sense to give one person both prizes.

Now if two people submit and that's It I pick the winner then the other person automatically gets 2nd.

This dovetails with the thread about adblock and whether blocking ads on someone's page counts as piracy since you cost them income.

This guy's page has a fairly low-key, text only ad, and you're reloading the page OVER AND OVER AND OVER, he's actually probably making pretty good cash for basically nothing.
