jalapenos arent very spicy so id probably go for hot

Well to a lot of people jalapenos are nothing, I LOVE spicy food so hot is probably one of the best choices. I'm not man enough to try really hot, but I bet your mouth would feel it for a couple days.
The spiciest part of the roti's are the potatos since they absorb everything.

If you were to try it for your first time I'd recommend medium if you're familiar with spicy food, if not then mild.

Burger King > KFC > McDonald's.

Burger King burgers here and big, fresh and tasty. They also use good meat and their chips are the best.

KFC Chicken here is also good, it's always fresh, tasty and again their chips are also good.

McDonald's is meh, the chips have no potato in them though and are just skin and way too much salt. The burgers are OK, but the lettuce is always mank and it's often not fresh. I'd never feed it to my kids, or in fact me any more.

Its funny, thats exactly how I would normally rate them based on my experiences in the past. But if you asked me to line them all up today, I would have to say:
McDonald's > Burger King > KFC

Where I live BK probably has the best fast food burgers but their fries are sub-par. They get pretty soggy and the poutine turns into a blob if you don't eat it in 30 seconds. 6/10

KFC changed their recipe and now I can't stand most of their chicken. I'm not sure if its just because of the one or two locations I've tried it at since they changed. But it has this unappealing chemical-y after-taste. The rest of the food is acceptable, and popcorn chicken still tastes the same. 5/10

I don't think I could give a fair review to McDonald's because of a fairly traumatizing experience I had once.

I used to eat at McD's everyday as a kid, Until one day I was sick from school and my mother brought me a kids meal after work. A few bites in I notice it tasted off and on closer inspection the back half of the burger had blue spots all over it. I didn't get sick from it but I couldn't touch McDonald's for a very long time. Unrelated but that location also burnt down about a year and a half later.

It wasn't until recently I went back to McDonalds to see what had changed. Overall it looks like they really beefed up the menu but I still can't bring myself to eat their hamburgers (Even though I know they are fine). Most of the McD's in my city have been renovated to look more modern and stylish. The non-hamburger menu items all taste pretty good. Nothing beats an Oreo McFlurry on a warm day (Except maybe bubble tea...)
