Just because a game can be emulated doesn't mean it doesn't have worth. That's like saying "Hey [music company] is giving us all free CDs, but I can just torrent them so it's just a bullshit move".

It's not worth it to me because I am already running all of these games on a much better high res screen on my psp.

Hey asshole just because I'm emulating these games doesn't mean I haven't purchased them and another thing the 3ds is just a rehash machine not one new game has made it onto the 3ds yet just a bunch of re-releases and sports games.

This is going down the same road wii has and once the price drops down even more wii/ds tards will flock in the masses to get their cheap 3DS. I'm not saying that every once in a while there might be a solid good game but it's gonna be buried in all the 3D gimmicky stuff that I imagine will be sooo great for generation cater to the casual company nintendo.

The total value of the games they are giving away will be equal to or less than the total amount the price of the system is dropping, or they simply wouldn't have made the offer.


As stated by XKCD, if a company has paid X dollars to tell N people that something is free, they expect to profit at least X+1/N dollars because of it.

Sorry for the late bump, but the 10 NES titles are available for re-download. For those who connected to the E-shop before the 17th, go to eShop, and at the far left is the Settings/Other menu.
From there, go to Your Downloads, and re-download your 10 games and your shiny Ambassador certificate!
For those wondering if their 3DS qualifies to be a part of the ambassador program, go to http://support.nintendo.com/nintendo3DSstatus

Ambassadors can now download their 10 free GBA games.
