unfortunately the US and Canada CS 1.6 scene cant compete with anyone in Europe :/ but we have had our moments. right after complexity won ESWC we had to play them when they returned to the states in an online league.. yeah we got owned.

edit: did you know they had an actual TV show on g4 that had CS:S top teams playing on stage for prize money.. teams were based out of states like normal basketball/football teams. was pretty neat besides the fact it was source.

also playing on stage with a huge crowd is fkn terrifying

i dont remember if coL won a WCG.. i know 3D did. also coL won ESWC in 2005 beating SK in the finals

i hate when people do so ****ing SHIT in pubs and then when they talk shit towards me, they think they're all that

like tihs one guy named modo.gr, i met him in |GB| classic and he was doin so ****ing bad, like he doesn't know how to awp, he usually misses too
well i wanted to 1v1 him because he kept talking shit at me
so he turned on his hacks as soon as we started
and man lol AK headshots while moving
that's just whack
all his shots were accurate too lmao

stupid ****ing hackers dont know how to play 4 relz.

everyone I used to play cs 1.5 and 1.6 with all moved over to mw2 ;_;
but m0de about europeans being good at cs is true, like these guys I played with they are ****ing insane with their headshots all the time D:

The popularity in this game was dominant in Europe >USA > South America > lastly Asia
