0.50 RealPPM on damage/absorb from harmful spells and periodic spells. No ICD.
Proc rate multiplied by 0.00 for non-caster specs.
Proc rate multiplied by 0.5 for Balance Druids.
Proc rate multiplied by 0.25 against player controlled units. (obvious nerf for PvP)

The proc frequency changes based on the ilvl of the trinket:

541 ilevel = 112.88% proc chance multiplier
535 ilevel = 106.74%
528 ilevel = 100.00%
522 ilevel = 94.56%
502 ilevel = 78.49%
463 ilevel = 54.57%


tl;dr if you are a caster that is not a balance druid it will proc on average once every 2 minutes, a little more for the higher quality (heroic, thunderforged) versions and a little less for the raidfinder versions

"Last night we hotfixed in a change for trinkets that use the RPPM system. Every time your trinket fails to proc, it increases the chance it will proc. Unlucky streaks will be more rare and extremely unlucky streaks should never happen. In addition, we increased the chance for these trinkets to proc on the pull. To top it off, we increased the proc rates of the Agility and Strength trinkets in Throne of Thunder by 10% and the Intellect and Spirit trinkets by 5%."

Managed to kill Jin'rokh after getting Empress and Terrace down. Then did hero stone guards and feng.
Point of the story is I was way too intoxicated by the end of the raid that I ported myself to shrine instead of opening a portal. hahaha

Oh~ Hey Warrior, how did you guys deal with Counsel of Elders? Our 10 man is fine on stopping spirits, but we just keep getting crushed by Sul. We tried the turn and burn Sul but everyone else started shitting on us. Then we tried stacking them and trying to out dps their heals, which actually worked way better for us as we almost got Sul down (and once one is dead pretty much the fight is over).

Any tips? (:

It's 10 man, we're all about 490+ ilvl. Bear tank with pally OT, disc priest+resto dr00d, arcane mage destruction lock fury warrior whatever the dps spec is for DK and I forget the other two.

Okay so we downed 10 N Council tonight after about four attempts. Pretty awesome. Tortos's turtles are such bs. That's our problem now - fucking. spinning. turtles.

Got him to 63% on third attempt. Hopefully'll have him down next weeked (:

Oh also, we pulled out a gbank in Horidons room. We just bought our 8th tab so we were discussing what to do with it. People started putting items in and taking them out as jokes, but I guess we did it one to many times and crashed the instance. Everyone from our raid was d/c'd and the trash before him reset, bridge boss and such. It was pretty funny but fuck I hate that bridge lol
