Battlefront 1 and 2, Jedi Knight series, KOTOR 1 and 2, and the Force Unleashed should be great.
Also Star Wars Galaxies was a decent MMO.
I think you're forgetting that none of the games you mentioned are actually based on the Star Wars movies. They are games using the Star Wars universe. There is a major difference.
The current best Star Wars game (opinionally) would be Lego Star Wars.
