I only use items when i forced to by other players who use items. But never will you see me be the one to turn them on. Those were fun matches btw alloyus. I'll be on all night if you want to play again later. I like switching every 20 to 30 minutes to other people.

I still don't know how the **** people manage to survive boss battles on Intense 3 at a time.

Seriously. Rayquaza almost always deals 150% damage. Duon does about 75%. Piranha does 75%. Galleom always kills me. Porky always kills me. Neither of the two hands even do any damage. The normal Ridley is easy as ****, but meta ridley always does cheap ****.

It's just not ****ing fair. And I know that even if I manage to get to Tabuu, I'm going to lose.

If two players each get one life, why doesn't the game compensate by giving one person two lives when alone?

Edit: Ok. This is retarded. Galleom was down to a sliver of HP and I hadn't taken any damage (0%). One attack. ONE ATTACK. 65% damage and death.

It's just like trying to beat raining blood on expert in guitar hero 3. Only a few people can do it, you have to do it to 100% the game, and those who can do it will make you feel like a loser for not being able to do it.

How are you having trouble with Pety Piranha? All he does is jump and swing cages.

Duon, Porky, Rayquaza and Galleom are understandable.

Meta ridley is just annoying because the stage just randomly disapears and you die.

Ridley and the hands are easy.

Who do you use Squeek? I'd have to assume its someone who has mainly close range attacks.

I don't yet understand how porkeys bomb things work, but Galleom is either easy or really hard for me.

Petey is the easiest one. All you have to if you really want to do well is take your time and damage the cages slowly bit by bit. Attack the cages. Run. attack the cages. Run. It's that simple really. Meta ridley and ridley are extremely easy if you know when to aerial dodge. It's all a matter of when you're dodging and when you're attacking. Don't go for a boss if you're on the opposite side, as he's going to attack you by the time you get to him. Take your time. Be patient with it. And get a little lucky.

True. You shouldn't really get hit at all.

Don't know who they are, but I do know that Rayquaza isn't tough to best when you know how to avoid what he does.

Easy as hell to identify and jump in the case of. You can even do smash on him when he's hanging on the back to knock him off.

Close ranged attacks are only a problem when you don't know what to do to avoid getting hit, or make a mistake and leave yourself open.

Who are they? You know the one that really bugs me is that two face one. I can never read his attacks and always end up having to tank large percents from him.

Afro, I've survived Tabuu's red rings with DeDeDe a few times. They cover the whole stage but I don't think they don't hit near the edges, so when I got hit by the first one I managed to survive and the other two missed. Happened twice and then the third time I died.

Galleom is the big golem thing that jumps around a lot

Porkey is the spider ness walker thing, he lets out these bomb things sometimes and they seem to home in on you.

Duon is the two faced jerk on wheels, Blue is close range attacks, Pink is long ranged attacks

Rayquaza is the pokemon who has an ass load of HP.

Meta ridley is the one you fight on Falcon's ship.


The reason I think Squeek uses A close-range fighter is he was complaining earlier about Tabuu being out of reach most of the time, that and only close range fighters tend to take any significant dangae from Pety.

I'm not the greatest but hey.
Its all good.
I just play for the fun and those matches got pretty darn close at the end a couple times for me and alloyus.
But i managed to win 1 time (YES<3)

I'm obviously using Charizard having seen the video on Rock Smash.

The only other character I'd use is Toon Link for his down+A aerial smash.

I honestly can't think of any other character. Metaknight is OK, but he flies away way too easily and his blows don't do enough damage.

Why does Petey hit me? Do you know the range of Rock Smash? Do you know how slow it is? Do you know how slow Charizard is? If I use it and he decides to jump, I get hit. When I try to get back up, I get hit again. When I get up from that, I get hit again. That, and some of the cages go further out than they look like they're going to.

Duon CAN be easy, but it has to be timed right. When the pink side shoots the homing missiles, you can stand in front of him and swap pokemon right before they loop back and hit you. They'll hit him and do a ton of damage.

By the way I've been playing on Intense but I can't beat Tabuu on Hard either, so I don't know why I'm even bothering with Intense other than the fact that the game ****ing hates everyone and forces you to beat it in order to 100% it.

Edit: ok so maybe charizard just sucks for intense or i just suck with him because i'm on match 7 with toon link now and i've only needed one heart

edit: nope. Duon killed me in one hit despite the fact that I only had 30% damage

The links Have trouble with Duon. Link is my second, Duon is the only boss I have a real tough time with when im using link.

Fox is decent for Boss Battle. You can spam the Blaster from a distance and the reflector works wonders on most projectile attacks, especially Rayquaza.

You can also spam the Reflector at close range for some OK damage while remaining suspended in midair.

Also, do Tabuu's red rings reach outside the stage? Fox can leap off the stage and stall in midair with the reflector until the attack ends.
