I beat the first super mario on NES in 9:47 seconds.
On the other hand though, KaisoMario has taken a big chunk of time that I could have put to much better use.

I think I've been working on NetHack for 3 years, on and off.
Legend of Mana I never beat because I kept losing my save and starting over, so that's taken me about a year now
took me around six months to 1cc touhou 7 on normal
Vesperia and Symphonia were way too ****ing long I think I logged 105 hours in Vesperia till I beat it (went for 100%, missed it in mid game and gave up) and 175 when my hdd got crushed.
Twilight Princess was kinda long at about 60-70 hours my first playthrough
Rock Band 2 Endless Setlist 2
That took me 6 hours to beat :[
Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #5-1st Place(D3B) Best FMO Score-Battle Theme #37(8.0.0.1) Best AAA-Sword Strike Best BF-Be Princess and Mute City Remix
Pokemon Platinum. I'm still at the Elite Four. I spent 13 hours playing it one day then the emulator crashed so I had to do it ALL OVER. So It has taken me longer to beat this pokemon game compared to the likes of red, blue, yellow, sapphire, ruby, gold and silver which I can get through the elite four in a matter of an hour if that.

How the heck does a DS emulator work?

Well I haven't necessarily "beaten" the game, since there's no real way to complete it per se, but Phantasy Star Online Episode I and II for the Gamecube. My first character Dallas was a level 189 had about 420+ hours into it before the save got corrupted and I lost it. I started a new character and it's now a level 118 with 271 hours into it.
