since we are on the subject of controllers... im gonna have to disagree with u anti... i have a friend with the gamecube version and i have the ps2 version. i am almost talim or taki and a different friend is always nightmare. on ps2 i always get my ass kicked cause i dont like the button layout. but on gamecube i am like unstoppable mwahahaha... anyways i am not saying i like the gamecube controller, cause i hate it, it is only good for SCII. i would have to say that it is one of the worst controllers ever made.

Im gonna say it really just depends on the game.
Personally, I think the Dreamcast controller owns all. It was absolutely PERFECT for Power Stone 2 (the game that's even better than Super Smash Brothers Melee, if just by a hair).

Kilik and Maxi are defenitly the best because they have short and long range power so they can kick anyones ass. PLus as a third choice i would say mitsurugi

..............TEH NO. Heihachi is completely out of his league. He totally breaks the SCII mold by refusing to wield a weapon, and as a result...kind of sucks. He has by far the shortest range out of anyone, only does a middle amount of damage and has a mid-range speed. His one quality is the ability to do massive juggles, but you can also do that with like, Voldo, so...Comment

Heihachi is just amusing to play with for the "nuclear noogie".
My best character is Seung Mina... she's not too complex (shamefully.) to master but has decent damage for long range. I'm fairly good with Taki as well. Dunno why cause I never bothered to learn her moves, I just seem to play her well. (Ignoring that fact half her moves are impossible.)
As for Mitsubishi, he's okay only in historical referencing, because alot of his stances are real Karate/Samurai stances. However if I could pernounce his name it wouldn't be as fun to play as him.

Me myself have the gamecube version as I love the graphics on the gamecube.
My personaly fav is actually Link as he is fast, powerful and has some good moves and diffrent styles to the rest.
I always choose the characters which have good speed and attack. I choose speed for the fact that it can beat any character aslong as you can use it well.
While characters like Nightmare I never choose because he is so god damn slow in actually making a sword swipe that by that time the fast character is beating the crap out of him.Comment
