Just hit 20, then my party fell apart >_> Anyone else around that level? I'm trying to get another royal party together, but its not going so well this time.
I can't play this fcking game. Even when my internet is just fine it DCs me so much, and when I'm not DCing I'm lagging constantly. And by lag, I mean I'll start attacking something, and the game will pause with me and the monster and everything in the standing animation, doing nothing, then suddenly all the attacks that happened while it was lagging happen all at once, which results in like 10 hits by both the monster and me. I can't fight monsters above my level cuz I'm afraid to die, since I can't use potions during these lag spikes (well I can, but there's no guarantee I'll use them in time. I'm likely to do it late or early, which either kills me or wastes money, which I can't afford to do). So that leaves me fighting crappy monsters all by myself (can't party if I DC every half a minute).
**** this game unless I can play on a stable connection or if the game stops being so laggy. Maybe I'll play after it stops being a piece of **** beta.
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.
A common idea going around is that mages need magic shields, if you think this you honestly have no brain. Mages need physical shields at low levels for two reasons; one, because nothing attacks with magic until high 40's, and two, mages have a 4 in magic, so their magic defense levels up every level. If anything power types need magic shields because they're incredibly weak in that department.
Hmm level 8 got 1 TM point into mana arrow... helps quite a bit. I'm wondering should I be getting more than .1% from each hit at level 8, I was in a party and that's what I was getting.
