alright, I'll tell you what makes this video game shitty. Not only does it look like something a kid drew on the sidewalk outside with chalk, it doesn't look fun at all. Let's recap on this game from Moogy's screenshots:

The first picture there is a penguin talking to a retarded looking girl. I guess that's fine.
The second picture it seems as if the penguin and the retarded looking girl took sides against two other people. Typical right?
The third picture just hurts my eyes to look at. I don't even know how to describe it.
the last picture, the only one showing gameplay, looks like pokemon. Way to be 10 years late.

Honestly I couldn't play the game based on the graphics. Even if the graphics were good though, the game would still be fucking retarded. Maybe I just don't know the storyline or something.. whatever.

Here's the lowdown on the original: Solid strategy RPG with a mega fantastic story and good looking sprites. (I think 87x needs to be punched in the face for decided a game is ugly simply because it's drawn, but that is a total side note.)

Disgaea 2 could be the exact same game, and it'd be worth buying. The first one was that good.

And I personally love the fact that they kept the same style sprites. The character info on the last picture looks awesome as well. I liked the old cut-scene art a bit more, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. As long as the fightings just as fun, consider it sold . Can't wait.
