Beat the game in 60 hours. I got all the aeons and Yuna finished the sphere grid. Too lazy to "train" my people just because it isn't very much fun or necessary at all. Sin was a joke, as was Braska's Final Aeon. Even without Yuna, I still slaughtered. The game is the most unbalanced of the FF's. I played IV first I think, and that is one of my favorites. 2D pwns you all...

uh... the first time i played through ten, i missed pretty much EVERYTHING that was considered extra. I ended up getting to the boss somewhere around 35 to 43 hrs. I had a hell of a time trying to beat the boss- I did it, but it was hard as hell.

lol I completed the sphere grid with like everyone cept rikku, I got close with her. I had insane ammounts of hp and all my people hit 99999 and had death strike and stone strike. Their weapons were better than the "Ultimate Weapons" by far! took me around 150 hrs though...

Tidus Aloud: NO WAY!

The aqua makeing out scene was pretty well sketched though. Except I still ponder how Tidus and his crew can stay underwater for like twenty minutes during blitzball or just movie scenes.

Overall: 7 for the crazy twist at the end. Ooops!

What the fuck you can beat this game in like 10 hours. Nice.

But this is coming from someone that has speeded through every ff - most notiably ff4- 4 hours, ff6- 6 hours, ff7- 7 hours, ff9- 10 hours.

It's not like you need to train much in ff10 to beat the game. It's absolutely simple and you can skip through everything. One of the easiest ff's by far to speedrun.

If you want a hard game to speed run - ff7 is probably the hardest. FF4 is really short, 6 is easy to speedrun because of mog charm + ultima abuse , ff8 is stupid because you don't have to train and can beat the game in like 10 hours easily, ff9 you can easily abuse limit glove and get to level 40 in like 5 minutes on disk 1 and blow through the rest of the game, and ff10 is just simple.

Or if you want really hard, do the excalibur 2 quest in ff9 at level 1. It's nearly impossible, especially if you waste too much time in the chocobo forest/training up dragon crest/theivery, which is why you don't boost dragon crest and train theivery minimally and use toss - theivery - limit glove instead. Oh and skip the chocobo quest completely, add status is enough. You don't need it unless you want to beat ozma at level 1, even though obviously harder without it, it wastes time and you'll never make it.

Finally, someone who agrees with me. I forget where I read it, but FFX has been referred to as Square's "masterpiece" in the past, and I agree.
