not sure if I want to put the game on the back burner for now and wait until the beta or if I want to push my character further...

I started HC using flameblast totems, finally got to use two totems at once and I hated it, so I rerolled a spec throw character on SC using mortem morsus or however it's spelled

you guys excited for the beta? it's on the 7th, I'm so hyped! I'll be grabbing a supporter pack hopefully the first day they are released. still determining if I want to run HC or SC for beta. on the one hand, SC would let me test out the new tree and let me get used to the new acts so I have less of a chance dying in the release... but on the other hand, I haven't played HC seriously since like breach or essence, and I believe skwid's group is doing HC during the beta as well

You should try HoWA Spectral throw, it's a lot of fun. :3
