That's 8, out of a remaining 15 players. That's a majority.
Because people are unsure about how this works, I should clarify.
The votes will not be counted before 24 hours for any reason.
After 24 hours, the votes will be counted when all the votes are in, or when 1 person has more than 50% of the vote (insta-lynch.) Whoever did not vote will not be penalized.
After 36 hours, the votes will be counted no matter what, and whoever did not vote will be penalized.
By request, here's Day 1 voting, for handy reference, in small font so you don't confuse it with the current voting. Qreepy: LD, Tasselfoot, ImEric12, whorlichan, flypie Emccky, The_Q (7)
Tasselfoot: Kilga, QreepyBORIS, Roopert, SleeplessDragn, blahblah (5)

Roopert: Kagome (1)
Kilga: Cenright (1)
And now, The Plot.
------------------------- Cenright hangs his head, knowing the fate that has overcome him. This quickly turns to anger. "I'm a Republic Dignitary from the Great Planet of Bespin!" he says. "The people will not stand for this! When they discover what you've done, they'll - "
"Calm yourself, Cenright," says MrESqueek, his face looking slightly different than it did a half hour ago, though no one can explain why. "These are desperate times, and if we're to get rid of the Dark Jedi -"
"I don't care about the Dark Jedi!" he snaps. "Aren't there Jedi Knights accompanying the Chancellor? Can't we relay some sort of message warning them?"
"There aren't Jedi Knights on Alderaan right now because of the legislation the Chancellor needs to pass, it's not in effect," says The Q. "We need you to do this, for us. You may not be a Dark Jedi, but the risk to the galaxy is too great if the Chancellor is slain."
"I think I understand...my sacrifice will be one for the good of the Republic," says Cenright. Whorlichan opens the door to the airlock, and Cenright steps in. Whorli closes the door and Kilgamayan presses the buttons to send Cenright flying into open space.
And, almost in response to this, the lights in the cabin are extinguished. A voice is heard.
"I have a very bad feeling about this..."
It is now 0200 Hours (Night 3.) Jedi and Dark Jedi, PM me your picks. Or AIM, since that seems to be the preferred method of communication this game.
No one dares to move for fear that they will be standing in the path of a lightsaber as it is activated. Everyone is still. The lights come back on, and no one is dead or on the ground. The engines have not re-engaged back to full speed, though. The lights go out again suddenly, and come back on. They flicker back and forth for several seconds as everyone looks around the room.
"Please excuse the electrical disturbance, we are having minor MaLfUNCTIONSS!!!!!!!----"
The loudspeaker's canned voice becomes shrill, loud, and distorted. The sound disappears as the speaker bursts, and a huge, white-hot, dagger-like arc of electricity spikes out from the frayed wires and strikes the chest of emccky, who is thrown against the opposite wall by the force of the attack. The electricity does not let up, and thousands of volts rush through his spasmating, twitching, slobbering body (to the horror of onlookers) until his eyes roll back in his sockets and he falls to the floor in a frizzled heap of blackened flesh.
His corpse is pushed into the airlock with a mixture of sadness and grisly disgust at the sight of him.
Definitely not your everyday 'minor malfunction' - there are Dark Jedi behind this. It is now 0230 Hours (Day 3). If you've picked 2 Dark Jedi, and you get the third right now, it's over. If you've picked 2 Dark Jedi.
he's been extremely quiet this game, and his voting has been against that of the alliance.... its your turn to meet your maker.
alliance, i hope you all know the strategy. if not, you are welcome to IM me again.
lastly... from early saturday til late monday... i will be away with no computer access. whorli will be making my vote. if chardish has any issues with that, she can post under my name as well.
I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak. Souls cross ages like clouds cross skies, an' tho' a cloud's shape nor hue nor size don't stay the same, it's still a cloud an' so is a soul. Who can say where the cloud's blowed from or who the soul'll be 'morrow? Only Sonmi the east an' the west an' the compass an' the atlas, yay, only the atlas o' clouds.
