Alright, this is a simple procedure:

1a) List all inactive players from the previous day phase.
1b) Figure out who wasn't active during the night phase that just passed through logs and such.
2) Spyke needs to post his seer result from the night phase that just ended.
3) If spyke's seer is red, lynch whoever he picked.
4) Otherwise, choose a suspect from the list of inactive players.

Simple enough, right?
