        Why is no one being active now.

        Anybody opposed to my plan? I want to prove my humanity, and I don't think there are any holes in this that I (if I was a wolf) could possibly exploit to win the game.

                                                    Phantom is when you don't vote and the time for voting runs out, you automatically receive a .1 vote on every lynching. So if you had 2 votes on you and a phantom and another guy had two votes, then your votes would be 2.1 which eliminates you.
