I just miss the days where all the shitposting was on AIM, and people just brought their conclusions and suspicions to the thread. Reading 5000 posts a game is a strong disincentive for me to want to keep playing.

You kind of adjust to it; it's not so bad when you get to know how soon is too soon to take anything serious.

The megaposting problem is worse in very big games, especially games with events and lots of secret elements

It's not as bad in games with like 12 players
And there will be games in the future with OOTC on and it'll be similar to the AIM days

the problem with OOTC, devonin, is that humans being able to form alliances is super, super strong to the point where its just unfair to the wolves

yes, wolves can infiltrate the alliance, but if town just plays well and doesn't do anything stupid, the alliance wins the game by itself usually
