playing UTR is a legitimate strategy

edit: it's bad for humans and probably for a game in general to always not lynch lurkers for sure though got me there.

Xiz asked me to post this here. thoughts, y'all? yea or nay?

[12:16:08 PM] danceguy: I like the idea jrodd posted during that big debate in the host signups prior to the orbs game
[12:16:17 PM] danceguy: I think his numbers were too strict, but the idea is really cool imo
[12:16:33 PM] danceguy: if you don't meet a posting requirement then you have an x% chance of being killed

      [12:17:04 PM] danceguy: what about
[12:17:13 PM] danceguy: a day phase comes and goes
[12:17:55 PM] danceguy: if you posted 0 times that phase then 75% chance you die
[12:18:02 PM] danceguy: if you posted 1 time that phase then 25% chance you die
[12:18:05 PM] danceguy: everything else is safe

[12:19:40 PM] danceguy: it makes intentionally not posting at all a calculated risk, and plays into the game in terms of how to read someone who isn't posting

edit: there would be no content requirement. a player could post "hi" in white text and that would count. lol.

This sounds OK, but I still think that people who don't post at all should be replaced, not just modkilled. But this system is simple so I wouldn't mind seeing how it works

Alright. Let's try that out this game. I'll be sure to include it in the OP and PM's when those are sent out.

Re: TWG CVI United Nations: PLAYER SIGNUPS

Signups are now closed. The start of the game will have 20 players (With 5 alternates)* Day 1 will start on Monday at 11:59pm

*There better not be any more AFK'rs like what happened last game or I will cry. Actually, a few of us are thinking of restricting you from playing TWG in the future if you AFK during a game.... but that will be discussed later
