The soundtrack says BabeL ~Next Story~ is the title. It's just how pop'n puts the genre in the banner is what's mucking him up.

Sending fixes for Rave7. Re-arranged the difficulties as discussed, and made a few extremely minor pattern changes.
Decided that Ulterior Boss Battle didn't need fixes, so with the GFX that were posted earlier it should be good to go.

p.s. the heavy file isn't that hard at all, wouldn't even be an FMO on FFR.
