the way my reviews are going to work is 10/10 is the file I liked the best, 1/10 the file I liked the least, and stuff in between.

It's probably better if you rated based on the actual quality of the file, not ranking from best to worst.

1/10 should mean it's a really bad file, not the file that's the worst of the bunch. I don't really think a 1/10 is even expected. Everyone seems to be rating based on the quality of the file itself, not grading them from best to worst rank.

If you graded a test in a class of 30 students, you don't give the worst grade a 10% because it's the worst. You give the assigned value according to the contents of the result...which is likely higher than that.
