i've spent the past 5 hours stepping a song that i absolutely love
and it's turning out like, ++ quality

and it's a new artist as well, so hopefully this will get a 20 in the next new artist batch

and guess what

i'm learning sooooo much through this one song.. jeebus. i haven't even looked at tutorials and i just read a few and it's all coming together now.




ps) which quality MP3 should i use for songs that are bound for FFR, SM, or personal play?

i have 192kbps / 320kbps versions of the song and i think i should be using 320 for the maximum quality possible..!

Not in english...

You don't say A-B-C-D-E-ath, you say A-B-C-death, even though the DE is capitalized. Same thing for DDReam. The first D is just an added letter in-front of the word "dream". That's the only way that actually makes sense imho.

It makes perfect sense, just not according to some law you think overwrites a persons subconscious choice to pronounce it in the most logical way in their individual brain.

And, partly because it's true and partly to be argumentative, I say it Ay-Bee-Sea-Dee-Eth (as in Meth.) Why? Because having those letters capitalized means I associate it with an acronym, and I don't know what it's like where you live, but UNB (University of New Brunswick) is pronounced You-En-Bee, not uhn-buh.

Does it really matter how people say it ?_? I say d-dream personally but who cares? Lets not clutter up this thread with a bunch of junk. I still need to do another update I just got busy this week. And just relax guys we're getting everything organized and ready to go.

Carleton University (CU) for me. ABCDEath doesn't have an acronym attached to it, it's just a play on words. So is DDReam.

YOSHl referred me as a teacher. I think it's a good idea, as I'd like to be a teacher in the future as a real full-time profession. The reason I didn't submit my candidature was because I didn't know if I was good enough to be one (I mean, being on the same level as AJ? wc? Silvuh? GD? ILY? bmah?!!?! impossible, does not compute.)

Here goes nothing! FFR DDReam mostly, maybe a bit of SM too since I got a file in the light chancellors

Did people not notice this post or did my candidature simply get rejected?

AJ and Kayla haven't been around to fully organize and finalize this in order to successfully take off. I think that one of us profs should take the initiative and get started with some kind of student assistance or lecture/lesson as a starting point rather than waiting.

Hmm... I'm always had difficult time with solo because I wanted to get better with my left hand but I'm not very good dealing with 6 notes at the time. So I would like to become a student for Solo.
