AJ and Kayla haven't been around to fully organize and finalize this in order to successfully take off. I think that one of us profs should take the initiative and get started with some kind of student assistance or lecture/lesson as a starting point rather than waiting.

Not going to die. AJ's hard drive took a shit AGAIN. I have no idea what it is with him and hard drives but they don't like him. That and we got super busy last week with some things irl. Anyways, I did meet with some of you guys if any of you wanna kick us of by making vids for basic ddream usage and for stepmania editor usage that would be great.

EDIT: Forgot to mention but if you want to learn more, when PMing me do tell me more about yourself. How much do you know about notecharting? What notecharting programs have you used before? Have you tried playing around with DDReam before and got lost? If you want to step for 6k, do you play 6k alot? Have you notecharted 4k before? etc.

It will be much appreciated and will help me help you out more

Another thing I needed/asked for in the meeting was a lesson plan for solo because I don't know enough about it to make one up. Just basically need a list of the main things people need to learn for solo then more advanced theories and such.

Updated the OP with the bios that I did get. I'm temporarily using google docs to host the bios until we can get them up on the server. So if you go to the op you can click on a teachers name (that gave me a bio) and it will take you to their bio page.

It's basically just like school. You have your teachers who teach the lessons then if there are students that are struggling there are other students that are knowledgeable on the subject and can help the students that are struggling. So say we do a lesson and a student is having difficulty understanding what they have learned, then they can come to you with questions about what they've learned if it's something you are well versed in.



@DDRBaller we actually have more SM teachers than we know what to do with at this point lol.


Edit: All the exact details are still being worked out. We have a basic structure for this whole thing but we're trying to work out all the kinks and people's exact roles in this. We are in a sense also trying to make this somewhat self sustaining just in case people start to not have time for it anymore. All will be revealed soon.
