if you want serious submissions from worthwhile stepartist then expect to be at least at their level. if you cant prove that you are then the only people that will submit are people that probably dont know what theyre talking about

Any sim author worth his salt has at least one file to show for. I hardly ever release files and even I have a ton of files in tow.

Why don't YOU go for it. You clearly have the experience/ability not only to step, but to judge pad files based on the files I have seen from you up until now to make quite a decent high quality pad pack; not saying that ddr_f4n shouldn't btw but since he is currently running his touhou pack this pack would be put on hold. Either way I would definitely submit something to either one who ends up running this pack.

btw, there were already two ffr pad packs iirc. flipside's.

I'm kinda debating how legit your credibility is retarding quality of simfiles and such, and the rules you put up. should be 1:30 to 2:15 (or perhaps 3 if you're including r21) and no keyboard charts in anyway.
