Well, you don't have to submit a 4k and 6k file together. Its optional to do both, but if you feel like doing a solo file and submit it, go ahead.

Also, to answer your question about the pack name...it would've been either this or Midigami Minimegapack

Oh okay, another good excuse for me to poop out some fil-

4. Keep the Baq syndromes to a minimum...(sorry Baq) it gets really annoying when there's too many rainbow (or ExPrEsSiVeMaNiAs) pattern that's really not useful in the file (and don't try the 'MOST TECHNICAL' trick [*cough*Eruption*cough*] because I just hate that excuse when its overflowing with rainbowgasms, with the only exception of Minute Waltz)

Rainbow notes are never "usless", you dolt. Start stepping with DDReam and you'll understand. Until then, pack's canceled.
