vibrating is definitely a skill, it's just a skill that's highly disjoint from most elements of playing stepmania so it makes a lot of sense to keep it all in its own pack

make sure they're broken up as often as they are in the song of course

Ok, I played Circus galop a few times. The song is long, and the long 24th stream at the middle is just unnecessary as the song is very quiet at that point. Even if I would bother passing the end, it isn't fun and therefore in order for the file too be fun and playable for others I'll have the steps go until that quiet part.

The first half is good, but the second half is just not fun
