I think you completely missed the point of this pack. Your file was basically offbeat 32nd scales to a Slipknot song pasted roughly 10-20 times, with no BG or banner and little to make it "weird." This is in fact quite common as everyone makes stuff like this when they first find out how to use the editor and realize they can load a measure with far more notes than are doable.

Way to randomly add '*****'.

There's so much psychology to this post that makes your reaction hilarious but ignoring that, not only did you miss the injoke that made it funny, you failed to realize that the entire pack name has communist symbols and umbrellas and shamrocks and ****ing black and white telephones with pointy fingers and upside down exclamation points and even Chinese characters how in the world does that stand out to you as "randomly added" when everything is obviously randomly added?!

The only symbol that showed up for me was the Soviet symbol with the hammer and the scythe thing, so yeah.
