I was thinking of doing a Resonance file (though, without any holds, to make it FFR-like), and 99.5% of all songs there don't have permission.

Also, I'm thinking there might be a blanket permission on Vospi songs, though I'm not positive.

We have full blanket permission for FFR and SiU. Some of his songs are in both games

There was an issue with using his songs without his permission. He has not given blanket permission for anything. You need to contact him and ask for each individual song.

I have a a stepfile for it (75% complete) available up to around midnight tonight in the Stepfile Database. If you want to play it, download it. The Resonance version is like 1-2 seconds offbeat.
