I should be able to help out with gfx, and I can definitely do steps. I'm not very experienced, but my last attempt at a chart turned out fairly nice. I should be just fine considering the songs are presynced. I'm working on a pack already, but it's not too time consuming, mostly because we have a lack of good content.

Really, Snapps had told me of this weeks ago. We've been planning it for a while, and were going to announce it once KBCIII was released.

We're talking about EVERY song in DDR. All mixes, not just DDR Extreme. This includes songs in Supernova.

Wait... you want to step, what, 500-600 songs? Are you saying pad steps and keyboard steps, or just keyboard? And how long do expect this to take? Sure you don't have to sync anything but the songs new to Supernova, but that's still a LOT of work. Factor in new artwork (if you wanted it) and you'd have a tough labor on your hands.

We haven't discussed much about this. Here's what I think we're doing.

We'll step one mix at a time. So first we're doing DDR 1st Mix, once we're done restepping all songs in that game, we'll release that pack of songs. New graphics, new steps, no DDR cdtitles.

We will put keyboard steps in ALL DDR songs stepped, and it's optional to put pad steps. Steps will be heavy if just one chart. If two, heavy will be pad and Oni will be keyboard. You can have a maximum of two charts in the song and if two, one MUST be for pad.

Gamepro: The problem with what your doing is that there are a lot of songs which just won't make good keyboard files without it being complete BS. Not only that, but I think it would be interesting to see people step new light, standard, and heavy pad steps

My idea has people basically stepping what they want, and that way it's not like "Ok guys we still have ____ and ____ and ___ to step COME ON" and someone's like "ok ok fine" and half-asses it.

I think that I'm still going to go through with my pack, just because it's going to be a songlist which is more suited towards keyboard simfiles than just downloading 500 songs and having to find out what sucks and what doesn't suck

I'm all for it. So far I've redone Nori Nori Nori and So Deep if anyone would like to test them out for me and rate them I'd be happy if you could do so. (So Deep might be a bit over the edge at parts, though both songs are perfectly stepped and onbeat.)

Also, if you would like to put them in a pack sertman, I'll need new graphics for them. I'm still using the originals.

That's ok, go ahead and do it. I'm not even sure we're really doing that.

I'm going to go ahead and announce my plans for the next KBC pack. I'm not sure if it will be part of KBC, but I'm guessing it will.

I want people to restep any files they want to, and make pad steps for them. You can restep ANY file, Zagh file, Gamepro file, Blurk, whatever. You can even use their graphics if they give you permission.

I want to have a bunch of good pad files so we can put them on an ITG machine. It would be amazingly fun to play pad steps to your favorite SM songs on an ITG machine. You'd have to hack it, but that's easy to do.

If you can't hack an ITG machine, just play them at home.
