The one I'm talking about is made by a nobody; "DJ supercletus" according to the readme in the Simfile.

Another Rare file = original Reality. I deleted it a long time ago.

Nope. I made a Gentle Stress more than two years ago. No one has it because my hard drive fried after I made it.

And I think we can say that unreleased files aren't "rare" either. A file can really only be considered rare if it was availible to the public and no one has it anymore otherwise it simply doesn't exist.
