Though granted I can't really sit down and step for more than 30 minutes at a time

I guess it has more to do with an empty stomach/dehydration issue than the length of your stepping sessions. This sort of feeling happened to me once too, but only because I hadn't eaten dinner for some reason.

I can't say I've ever gotten anything like this. After sitting in cs5.5 for long enough my eyes start to get irritated, but that is normally cos I forget to blink for long periods of time... (same thing would happen when smoking pot and playing ffr back in '09)

mmmhm. vision blurry like I just looked at an optical illusion for 5 minutes

sometimes my hands turn a bit blueish and get icy cold when I play for a while..
..probably because all the blood is flowing to the raging boner I develop when AAA'ing dem FGOs
