If it's got to be one or the other, I'd go with #1, but they're both pretty bad IMO.

Honestly, the first looks more like an SM theme (because of the happy colors) but I like the sleekness of the second more.

If they could combine forces, keeping the sleekness of the second and the ITG-style of the first, it'd be even better IMO.

I'd like to see the results screen too.

Honestly, the first looks more like an SM theme (because of the happy colors)

The 3.9 theme is a simulation of the DDRMAX theme, so it would look like a DDR theme, not an SM theme.

the intended theme is the best it shows more details i just don't like the new lifebar

I personally wouldn't even touch these and stay warm and safe inside my 3.95.
I confuse mines with flowers and/or quarter notes.

The last three posts here have been pointless. If you're going to post the generic "both of them suck" then give an example of a theme you think looks good. The point of this thread is to examine the opinions of Stepmania/FFR players so if you give me no information about what you like then you're just being a jackass.
