Is there such a thing? I've seen videos online and I can't find it anywhere. I find StepMania too big to read on reverse

There are about six themes for SM5 because of some unknown factor that likes to masquerade as "theming elitism". None are IIDX as far as I know. However, bar noteskins do exist.

You could always try exporting the IIDX themes to SM 5. I have IIDX14 Gold for 3.9 if you want to try to export that (unless if SM5 doesn't have that option)
