There is, but Konami filed a law suit against Roxor Games (company that made ITG=Roxor) and won in court, giving konami all rights on the In The Groove series. Konami not only canceled the release of ITG3, but they also canceled production of ITG on the PS2 console. If you ask me, in the groove owns dance dance revolution series from every point of view.
