Its not the slightest bit harder in any way at all if you think it is you're retarded and know nothing about the game.
The hardest song on DDR extreme2 homeversion is PSMO
on Supernova practically every single new 10 is harder than any song on extreme.
Songs like Fascination maxx heavy+ oni , healing d vision(oni), Faxx elm (oni),chaos (oni) Max300supermaxme heavy and oni, paranoia respect would probably all be considered 11s or 12s on ITG. Not to mention the insane oni courses Boss rush IV for instance (i think its that one)
and the fact that you have to play most of those on extra stage or oni courses. So please get your facts straight next time.
+ The best homeversion DDR game is definately DDR extreme JP but besides that probably max1.
You can thank your dear friends Konami for that one too.
BUT there are pirated versions out there and if you search there is actually threads on how to get stepmania songs onto ps2.
I thought ITG was by Roxor.
Anyway, I have a nice stack of scores on Supernova. It's actually nice because on Supernova you don't need to get a full combo to get a AA. Ex2 you did.
Case in point:
Look to the Sky (True Colors Mix) Heavy: {DDR Ex2}
19 greats, 1 good = A grade.
Xepher Challenge {Supernova}
19 greats, 1 miss = AA grade.
WTF?
Also, grade cutoffs are harsher on 'Nova.
AA: %DP > 95
A: %DP > 81
B: %DP > 66
C: %DP > 51
Not entirely sure of the B and C percents, but I know they're harsher than before.
Reason:
'Nova counts all CBs and missed freezes as 2 greats.
So:
Great = 1
Good = 2
Boo = 2
Miss = 2
NG = 2
Therefore, you've got more leeway, and every note counts for the same value, 10mil/(# of notes + # of freezes).
Actually, it's not that hard.
Seriously though, WTF @ 5 red songs, including two where the Light steps are 9-footers.
AAAs: 56

This is the site where people lie about their scores, not about their gender. You'd be thinking of MySpace.

Roxor was sued by Konami some 5 months ago and is now forbidden to distrubute ITG in any way shape or form.
And when I meant Supernova is a harder game I meant by the difficulty of songs and just the gameplay overall.
Just because its harder to get an AA on extreme2 home version because it follows the crappy 5th mix scoring system doesn't mean doing good on the song is any harder. The songs and courses on Supernova are by FAR harder and as you said so is the timing window.
I said that Supernova isn't that hard for me, but made NO implications of its comparison to Ex.2; I simply said that Nova breaks the streak of requiring an FC to get a AA.
Also: The only songsI found really hard were:
Chaos
Fascination MaXX
Fascination (Eternal Love Mix).
Notice I didn't say Healing-D-Vision or Max 300 (That new mix). Those are fun to play. Chaos is just BS WTF with all those total stops.
And those other things with Light being a 9-footer.

nothing challengeing about it once you beat PSM oni you can beat any song, go play some ITG
thank you, itg is hard, and itg 2 (when it comes out) is gonna be harder, so when somone puts up a thread saying why is itg so easy then we got something to talk about and itg 2 shouldent have a cheat to unlock all the songs.

have you even played the other mixes on both heavy and oni mode?
Paranoia respect, max me mix on oni or healing d vision oni?
Nova: I don't find that hard at all. It's just a matter of getting my timing just right, so I don't get too many greats that it ruins the AA.
Paranoia Respect: I NEVER said a word about this song. I tried it: Not the hardest, but I can't quite AA it yet.
Max me Mix: Actually, I admit this was harder than I boasted; kept getting 94.7-94.9% before finally breaking up a 95.2%.
Healing D Vision: I FC'd it on Oni after a few tries.
Chaos: This just pisses me off. FORTY-TWO stops in the song.
I have my facts, Nov. Don't accuse me of that again.
