I know, but if I get all the 16th note jackhammers on "Fury of the Storm", read arrows at 960 bpm, and nail those 32nd notes on "Rise(which is a Pantera song)" all on pad, then AAAAing "Take no Prisoners" by Megadeth on pad would be no exception.

I like DDR because its original and I like Naoki...but ITG has Smiley and Inspector K (I love disconnected)so I dunno.

I don't think one is better than another. DDR was made first and originally the ppl who first started playing thought it to be very difficult, but it only took me a month and a half to get to heavy. ITG was meant for ppl who can beat every song on DDR. Anyway, the only difference between the two is that ITG is harder and when u get bored w/ the same songs for two to three years then u can move on to ITG.

well for 1 ITG is the schizzzzz. I started on ITG and I think it has catchy enough music. (need i remind you of the original ITG that music was freaking amazing!) anyways if i had to choose id choose ITG. one of the reasons is DDR is getting boring because the difficulty only goes up to like 9. I love the ITG noteskins they came out great! and all of this DDR imitator crap is not true they aren't imitating it (much i get that it is like the same style dance game but that's about it)they are challenging DDR's players . and also they based it off of stepmania and made use of all the new features such as mines and rolls and hands. DDR is way too easy my 5 year old brother does freaking standard mode on DDR. I am getting an adapter so i can take my metal DDR pad and hook it up to my computer to play ITG pc. in other words DDR started it ITG perfected it.I laugh at your patheticalness

ITG (with no dots) is more difficult and more 'american'
DDR (no dots again) is more simple and pattern based with Japanese pop based songs (excluding the American home versions)
Overall, DDR is liked but the majority because its "easy"
ITG is liked by the more experienced and better players who like custom songs as well.

ITG is better to have, buy and play. This thread seriously needs to be locked.
