I can easily BF Ehhen, basically because it plays to my strengths, however if we judge based on performance than cold heart would be an 88 in my book because I can't do the file period.

However, I think the file fits well within range of 81-83, really it just needs to be looked at thoroughly and it's dependent on many different facts.

My choice = 83

personal experiences hold no credence in an argument about ratings, they're just there for informational purposes.

Especially for sightread scores

Personal experiences only gain credence if there are a lot of them that agree, in which case it becomes a collective experience.

And difficulty ratings are literally meant to represent the collective judgment of people playing the file.

So personal experiences are worth mentioning, and despite never being the sole reason for a change, they are frequently an important part of a bigger reason.

Personal scores mean EVERYTHING in rating difficulty accurately. All you need to make sure of is having a large sample size and wala

the file is incredibly short and the first third and last quarter of the file are something you'd find in an mid-upper FMO everything in the middle seems to flow well like rushy said and can be cheated easily i feel like if the chart were stepped past the cut (where it sounds like it picks up in intensity) or if the file had been stepped like it was in the middle throughout i'd be more comfortable with the rating but there's too much down time in a file this short for it to be a mid-FGO when the hard parts aren't that awkward or demanding

I really don't understand how any one of you are comparing this file to Wraith, -+, Cutthroat, Ehhen, Ultrasounds, Sleepmix or whatever at all. This is getting bumped down to an 82 regardless.

Not an 81. The pattern control you need to perfect this is nowhere near as much as the other 81s. Definitely more of an 82/83.
