I've noticed this in my profile editing page, I'm just wondering if an Oceania region or something along the lines of that could be added for us Aussies and neighbouring countries. Great idea btw Thanks.

Though it is fully likely, unless your region choice once input, can never be changed, that people will be routinely moving around regions in order to find one where they rank higher than perhaps their native one.

True. I like that idea. Make it so that when you choose a region, there's a confirmation notice asking you if this is indeed your region (yes/no), then your account is locked on that region forever.

This IS a really good idea. Competition++

But what if you moved?

Maybe if a category were added in the profile pages that would set your region, but you could go and change it if, say, you moved or for whatever reason, then you could have a separate feature for the top players where you could just scroll through the regions and just see the top players for each region. That way, your location would be "permanent" and the ratings wouldn't be affected when you picked a different region to see the top players there, but if you moved out of that area then you could change your own region but not necessarily have everyone changing their areas as they scrolled from region to region.

I really hope that made sense.
