    Re: FFR for Wii

I tried using the point and click method on the Wii. If it hardly works on Trip to the Moon, you know it's not going to fly overall.

        Re: FFR for Wii

A = Left mouse click basically
B = Pans the screen around
D-Pad = Scrolls through active tabs
        - and + = Zoom in or out
1 = Eliminates frames on page and lines all fields vertically
2 = Shortcut to favorites page

So, unless the buttons are somehow mapable, point and click is really the only option for a game at this point. Keyboard functionality would really help this out.

Posting from Wii, they're still working on a full version. Maybe it'll support the arrow keys.

i can see this being a nice ' back-up ' to play FFR in case say for some reason your computer suddenly blows up *. . . or ideally just some part goes bad and renders your computer useless* - that happens then you can't play FFR on your computer *we are assuming only 1 computer in household* - being able to play on Wii gives an alternative place to play it in your house.

Yeppers. Synth has taken along time to get the awnser to me. Like Jeez, I got an awnser back from Nintendo in like... 2 days.

you guys DO know that patients is a virtue right?
                              give him time
im sure synth will respond as soon as he gets news back from nintendo
and you probably got a response back in two days cuz all they had to tell you was you couldnt rep this site for them
with synth they'll probably have to take it to a board and they'll discuss it for a bit then make the arrangements and then get back to him
so thats going to take a bit longer

The bottom line is unless the buttons can be remapped or USB keyboard support surfaces, it won't be worth the time. Just hold tight. I don't think this will go anywhere anytime soon.
