    Song Submission to Batch error

I've been getting this error for the past few months and sorta learned to live with it, but now it's converting my charts incorrectly, so I figure I'd post here.

Whenever I submit a chart, I get the following notice (this goes on infinitely):

It says "File Uploaded" but it isn't actually yet. It spends anywhere from a minute to several minutes infinitely loading these messages until the file eventually uploads, often with the first note delay artificially inflated by about a minute. In my last two files, it actually placed the gap between my first and second note, so it converted by adding a minute long section of nothing.

Not sure what to do at this point. The error pops up whether I use positive offsets or not. Occurs on all internet browsers I've used.
