Hakulyte still does as far as I'm aware, but I did offer to him at one point to merge his files into the community engine if he decided he didn't want to maintain it anymore. I don't know how to make isolation files, but have no problem hosting them if Hakulyte decides he's done maintaining the engine.

Tiny double posting bump but lol that's not the section I meant on Here We Go (although I suppose it has Fire Flower soundclips as well)

I meant the 12th section that comes directly after this (also repeats earlier). Should've been more specific I suppose.
