@topic: Any flat keyboard is the best for rhythm games. Fast response, comfort, I use one (I don't recall its name) and I think I do very good with it.

If you're playing games/songs with a ton of holdnotes(especially forced-release ones), bulky keyboards are better for that

Otherwise IMO for FFR/Stepmania, flat kbs are most practical

Logitech keyboards are pretty good too. There is honestly not much of a difference, I'm pretty sure you're not gonna suddenly AAA an FGO if you switch keyboards, maybe a little improvement but relying on keyboards won't make a huge difference, although obviously it will help a little. My last keyboard's keys kept wearing out after playing too much FFR. so Just look for something decent enough that you could play FFR with and Logitech has been pretty awesome so far.

Depends on the type of logitech you invest in. Due to kommisar investing in the shitty logitech g10's he swore off of logitech all together. I guess to help you out here is probably the thread savior.

That's what I mean. Same thing with pianos. I dare anyone to explain me how one can play let's say Gaspard de la Nuit by Ravel on a yamaha but is unable to do so on a steinway. That is utter bullshit.

We can argue that there is a difference but you guys arent going to make me believe that one keyboard is what allows you to get 2-3 less goods in a song. If that is so, then it's not the keyboard, it's the fact that you aren't capable of adapting your skills to it.

tl;dr : Keyboards (I'm talking about somewhat decent ones) doesn't make you suddenly better at FFR.

Also the keys squeak like mad when I hit them fast... So annoying... I'm extremely disappointed.
