I still think the multiplayer feature that automatically kicks idle people out after a certain amount of time would work in profile chat

I got locked out of mp once and I got back in in 10 minutes

I was once locked out of prochat for 2 months before I finally got Tass to reset it. Seeing as I'm staff and it took them that long, you guys might have to wait quite a while. I do my best to relay the messages to the admins. Whether or not they pay attention to me is out of my power.

Ok, so here's what the next step is. Get every person who's locked out of Prochat to spam Tass with PM's, Profile wall comments, picture comments and video comments. Once that's done he'll get irritated enough. Do it all within a 24 hour period so that it doesn't stop. Let me know when you do this, cause I'll even assist even if I'm not locked out.
Forgot to add: A day he's on would probably be a good idea.

I think the better way to grab his attention is to find him on kongregate. I've only really utilized that site a handful of times but he seems to be on there a lot, certainly a lot more than FFR at least.

And to people who are telling everyone to be patient, being locked out for over 3 months is patient enough. As a MOD you have a duty to the community. I understand they have lives but not coming on for months to do a simple chat reset? That's ridiculous.
And yes paying for sub because of the "blue" in chat is a bit much but people have spent money for that reason so in the end it still comes down to some of their money wasted.
We pay to support but where's our support in return?

Got locked out during the middle of my ban somehow. Prochat didn't even showup because I banned, but I got a seperate ban from PC than the Site, after being unbanned from the site I still had the "You are banned" thingy showing up in prochat, refreshed the page and now "This username is already taken."
I'm curious as to how that happened even while banned, though I know the cause of this problem isn't known anyways so whatever.

Regardless, been stuck out for a month and a half or more =/

WOW!!!!!!!! Thank you to whoever reset profile chat, and also thank you guys for helping this cause and sticking together. It couldn't have been done without you.

But also, a note to all those "Anti supporters". Simply because you don't think something is important doesn't give you a right to speak for everyone else who happens to think otherwise. What Profile Chat means to one person may be what the Multi Player room means to another. Frankly, I can care less about the Video chat room and its operations, but that doesn't give me a right to tell a hard core video chat user to ''Shut up'' when they are asking for someone to fix a legitimate and pervasive error.

Further, there ARE in fact people who simply subscribe for no other reason than to be blue in Profile chat. Have you ever taken the time to consider why people who don't even play the game are subscribers?

Anyhow I'm just glad that this bug has been fixed due to the support of awesome FFR members, and the admin who helped us out. And to all who said in essence to ''Shut up and be patient'', No one puts it better than BLUE BIRD.
