But Devonin has a way of being mean for your own good

So anyways i was thinking, what if a single miss didn't stop your combo? Instead, your combo kept going until 2 consecutive misses were made. I think this would provide a more realistic ranking system, and eliminate a lot of mashing.
Any song can easily be mashed. That's one thing I don't like about FFR. Relatively unskilled people can pass any song they want to if they're able to mash it. I admit that I myself used to mash songs. I've gotten decent enough now that I attempt to read songs. However, I still get my fair share of boos on FMO and FGO.
I watched your video of Classical Insanity and I can tell you like going reverse side arrows because of GH and your score isn't too bad on it considering you just started, but a full combo with a majority of the notes perfected is what is considered being good at that song.
Here's a quick example of a Song in the game called End Night.
This is the link to a bad run where I finish the song but . I tried to play it as if I didn't have much experience and skill in FFR(difficult to replicate lol). http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...play/12770922/
This is a much better run than the one before(even if not perfect).
You can watch those two videos and say hands down which one you are proud of. If you wish to compare this to Guitar Hero a little bit, people here don't just try to pass songs, but they try to get 5 stars and 100% completion in all the songs.
I used to be the same way. I thought I was so good at the game cause I could pass FoTB. But it wasn't until later when I changed to spread that I realized how much better I am now. It's a faze, we all grow out of it at one time or another. Just give yourself time to get better at the game.
