Various eyewitnesses have reported you enticing FFRians to take pictures of themselves and send them to you to win a prize (in something you refer to as a "Spontaneous Contest"), pay several dollars periodically for "special attention" (this you refer to as "subscribing"), and even distributing access to a certain substance clinically-proven to be addictive, called Flash Flash Revolution.

In light of these events, the Internet Police request this year that you do the following:

-Cease all FFR-related activities
-Appear in the court room at FBI.gov at precisely 3:00 PM Eastern Time on February the 14th, 2008
-Give all pictures and funds received from FFRians to a designated member of the Internet Police, who will arrive at your residence within two weeks
