Everyday.
FFR MP: Quit (never go in there anymore.)
FFR Single: 1 hours most likely less.
FFR Forums: 5- 10 minutes or less
FFR Profiles: 2 hours +
Other(game stats. ect.): 20 minutes or less

I use..
MP VERY occasionally. Usually only with a close group of friends that I actually know.
Single Player a ton. On a good day maybe 200 to 300 songs. Sometimes only 10 or so.
Forums whenever I'm bored.. Which is a lot. So 1 to 2 hours a day.
Profiles a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes a day. Don't really need them.

I'm on 24/7 from Friday-Monday

I'm usually playing, foruming and commenting my friends.

thats not healthy....

im probably on 3 hours a day playing ffr and posting on forums (but mostly playing ffr)
